This is my first favourites post on this blog. I have always had an odd relationship with these posts and the videos but I have decided to make my own. A short form of it as I wouldn’t want to bore anyone with something that easily bores me.

I have allowed myself 5 favourites every month – not in a certain category but in total.

Here they are:

Nuxe Rêve de Miel lip balm. It is close to a year old and has been a staple since I got it. It is brilliant and that is all. It is pricey but worth the spending. I recommend this to every single person in the world.

Harper Lee – To Kill A Mockingbird. I have been asked by several people why I would want to read this on my own account, but the reason is simple. It is a book which does not only provide education but also entertainment. I am overjoyed to have read it. Await a review on it soon (Though it will be more a praise than a review).

My new Seiko wristwatch. A graduation gift from my parents. It has not left my arm since I got it (apart from showers and sleep that is). I am in love with its simplicity and elegance even if it was intended as a male watch.

Benefit Fake Up concealer. It promises to awaken your look. I am not sure it does this, but it feels good and covers the dark circle under your eyes. You might not feel more awake but you will feel confident in your makeup. I adore Benefit. (There is no photo as the concealer sadly has been misplaced, a search team has been called).

Black brogues. I have wanted these shoes for a long while. Not this exact pair but this kind. The beautiful pattern and leather are long time favourites of mine. I have worn them on every occasion I have had since I got them.
